Exhaust exit parallel to the bed?

Does anyone make a exhaust that exits parallel to the bed anymore? Looking for a aluminised 5" turbo back for a 05 CCSB 3500 Dodge 4x4. When the aftermarket stuff first started I know they did but it seems like now everyone just goes to the corner of the bed.

My reasoning is when I haul trailers I have a bracket and a mud flap that sits under the bed a little bit. So if it exited parallel I could still pull it off.

expandit kit can be installed like this, you lose a little axle clearance when fully loaded on the overloads

Farm boys is an expandit kit, or it used to be.

I had a expandit 5" (Farm boys diesel bought) kit on my 06 and it came out on a angle to the back corner.
