Fall Brawl 2014 Nov. 1st

For all the idiots that usually go pick up your sh*t your moms not there! Just felt like I had to add that. haha

The ignorance of those who can not clean up after themselves has gotten worse as the years have gone by,so has the amount of those who can not bring anything to help with the lunch and then toss in the alcohol abuse and the crap that goes on along with it,there are many who have not came back due to those facts.I,along with many others help throughout the years, worked hard to make this show what it has became today and the boozing and subsequent drunk driving really pisses me off. Those who partake in that crap are going to ruin, and almost did this past spring, this event and end it.To me and those who have came along for the ride since the first show in 2001 it will be a sad day.

Those who come are adults and have their own minds and agendas,it would be nice to see fun being had without the risk of injury to themselves or the public and everyone getting home safely and in one piece. We have been very fortunate as a club over the years and Myself and many others would like to see this show continue on as its still the premier dyno show on the East Coast and still the Original.

We will be there with both trucks, will enjoy another fine show run by a GREAT bunch of folks and WILL bring something along for Lunch.I have alot of cleaning to do on both rides and look forward to relaxing with my fellow diesel owners..........Andy

We will not make it this year due to priour obligations, but we will support the event as we have in the past. Good luck to those who participate, and coordinate the event.
Here's hoping you all have success, and enjoy one of the greatest happenings in the east.

Here,I will bribe you with a better offer....LOL

Tough to bring 3 trucks up with 2 drivers since we don't have the trailer yet.Come on in and I'll let you wheel the Black truck up for Us.That has to be better than not coming,LOL.

Seriously,Thanks for the help and your presence will be missed........Andy

Well.... that is a sweet offer, and way better that not coming, but.... I can't.

Do yall need any help setting up? If so, what time?

The plan is to completely set up Friday afternoon/evening after the shop is cleaned out (we have several race cars to move around and get out of there) and we should be ready to go when we open up Saturday.
But thank you for offering, if you're in the area Friday and want to stop by we'll be there for a while into the evening.

Ted...
I am off Friday if you need any help, let me know.......Andy

Bringing my junk again. Drive shaft loops and slicks. What could possibly go wrong?

Sign up for the jet I believe starts at 7 and they are going to begin to roll at 8.
Weather looks crappy, hope it misses Us.

Planned on being on my way now, there by 5:30, but now Im pulling xfer case and back of trans. Final test drive didnt go well for 3rd gear. Fingers crossed...

How did the day go? Any of those 1500-1700hp trucks show up?

Brandon...
Rain and crappy weather all morning until about Lunch Time I feel limited the crowd. It was very small and manageable and those who did come enjoyed themselves with many staying until the very end.

Of the 30 trucks that dynoed most ran the single charger class(23 trucks) and the 7 remaining ran the other 2 classes.Only 1 ran in the big class and that was myself(sorry my truck is so boring). If I am correct VA Outlaw had plans on being out of town this weekend and Dimitri blew up at the Antrim show recently,so no 1500-1700hp trucks were on hand.

The gang at DGR deserves a nice hand for their hard work, even with the weather we had they kept the show moving and all of Us who did come had a great time. They have always gave Us a great place to have our show since 2001 and I enjoy going their each time. Our newest Chefs did real well wheeling our grill and provided a fine lunch for those in attendance and those who did come cleaned up after themselves very nicely.A BIG thank you to those who did their part to keep the facility clean and they way they found it.

I'll not spoil the fun with numbers and will let the club post them but I will say this there were some that went away VERY happy and I do not think ANYONE expected the single chargered 6.0 Ford to lay down what he did,WOW!.New highs for Pat T and AJ with their sweet looking Dodges also marked a nice weekend for them.

Thanks again to Big Ted and Coop for a hell of a show and a great time. After 5 consecutive weekends of dyno shows everywhere, all the driving and the numbers made I am going to give my truck a well deserved rest.I look forward to next year and Spring Fling...........Andy
