I'm in the process of pulling the engine out of my 04. And I'm going to put in a Flex-A-lite unit when it's all said and done. While removing the stock fan assembly I mangled up the pulley pretty good... So my question is, does anybody know a belt size or part # that will work with the fan pulley missing ? Or as a second best option, know of an aftermarket machined pulley setup that would just function like another idler ?

Found it. Looks like what I'm looking for, except I am only running a single stroker CP3... I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they can do for me. Thank you sir !

Well it's a no go. Said they can't do anything for me unless I have dual CP3's...
 
Are you still running the 5.9 balancer? If so I have a pulley here. $40 shipped

Surely someone has accomplished this with a single CP3 ?
 
5.9 based tho? If the 5.9 fan pulley will work I have one I can send you

Yes, it's the 5.9 in my signature... So you have a stock pulley ?
 
Yes. I was making sure you weren't using a 6.7 based balancer because the pulley is different
