All back together. The powder coat came out awesome every thing is super clean, did our best to strip the hardness and all the bs we didn't need anymore.
Build list is
SoCal cut and coated pistions, Ppe duel fuelers, Carrillo rods, Hamilton 192/200 cam, Hamilton spring and push rods, 60 over injectors, keyed crank and cam, flex-a-lite fans, Duramaxtuner s480 over stock, head studs, main studs,air dog 200
 
Interesting. So glad your buddy did the smart thing and rebuilt it when he did.

that's the only thing he does not like with the kit. thinking about doing what hsp does and getting the s&b peace and modifying the pipe to fit the s&b peace to fit the pipe.
 
The fastest the truck has been to date with new set up is a 11.61, The build went awesome took a while but every thing went in our favor, He is working with Bob @ duramax turer, data loging the truck and he is fine tuning it making it faster and faster every time. The truck now has 5k on the build and is doing great.

New best for the truck. Still has the stock turbo in the vally. It's full weight fully loaded truck no weight was taking out. Still had the tail gate and all. Crew cab short bed.
