flare shift and gear hunting after gov pressure and transducer replacement

OK guys, I am working on an 06 with a built 48re. Goerand vb, spec rite converter. Trans was working fine, gov pressure solenoid went out and had the normal starting in third thing. Replace solenoid with a gm conversion kit and replaced transducer at the same time. Pan was clean, replaced filter and buttoned it back up. Road tested after fluid was full and Trans now has a flare shifting 2-3 at light to moderate throttle. Flare was not there before solenoid replacement. Is there cold but seems to get worse the warmer it gets. It now also has a gear hunt at wot for 2-3 shift and the 3-4 shift. It will not complete the shift unless I back out of it a bit. Is their a tv motor memory reset or recal that can be done? Is their an ecm memory reset? Truck and tuning is bone stock and always has been. Thanks in advance for any help.
