3rd gen came off a 6.7 but will work on the 5.9 as it had a 3rd gen manifold

unless the guy changed the manifold to a t3(5.9 style) the 6.7 uses a much bigger flange i have seen it called a T4i because a standard t4 does not match up either but it is close.

yes, im running a 2nd gen turbo & manifold set up currently.

I run a 2nd gen manifold and 3rd gen compressor cover....I use a piece of 3" exhaust pipe about 18" long and it lines up perfectly.
