Front Dually hubs/adapters

I have a friend looking for front dually hub/adapters for a 2005 3500. I am not sure what years will fit but I figure someone with a puller that swapped to SRW might have a pair to offload. Let me know what you have.

Believe it or not, I checked an interchange listing and the hub EXTENSION (as they call it for a 3500) is the same from 2000 through at least 2008.
The kicker? It's also the same for BOTH 4wd and 2wds in the same time frame.
