Anyone have an idea how to soften the ride on the front end and still have the same capacity?. A friend suggested taking out a leaf or two and replacing them with three or four thinner leafs anyone with experience or an opinion? how about minus a few leafs and add air bags?
 
Do a search on parabolic springs. FWIW, I love seeing the wife go airborne off her seat, or the dog, or the kids..... Its not my daily driver though.
 
Hahahahahaha, good luck! I have a 4" rough country. So my springs have a little positive arch. I romoved the bottom leaf and it helped a little. I have seen a club cab firstgen with front and back airbags. The guy was running 2-3 of the factory springs and that was it. I don't know how it would ride after that. But the air bags would help your capacity out.
