Hello all...first time on this site. I have a box truck with a 638 detroit engine. Have found little information on this engine. Its electronicly controlled and cranks but won't start. Theres an electrical connection on the back of the injector pump. Does anyone know if 12 volts should be at this terminal when the key is on? Parked the truck 2 months ago and now it won't start. Ran fine before I parked it. Also it seems like it doesn't have enough cranking speed however the batteries are charged and all the terminals are clean and tight.
