This is a EFI Live V2 tune/scanner tool with no ECM licenses left but does have a couple TCM licenses left. This V2 is in good condition and includes everything it did when bought including all paperwork, V2 itself, and all 3 cords. Only issue with it is it has to be plugged into your laptop when using it it order to get power to the V2 itself (which typically you have it plugged into your laptop when using it anyways).
