fuel leak on cold start

When the weather is below 35 degrees or so and I start my truck not plugged in my truck leaks fuel. I can't really tell where its coming from, looks like the back of the pump some where, its a pretty steady stream. And after about 10mins of running and I bump the throttle a couple of times it quits leaking. If its plugged in it doesn't leak or if the trucks warm it doesn't leak. Any ideas?

Is the return fuel line leaking? About the only thing I can think of if your not having hard starts.

Nope starts normal and only does it when not plugged in and bump the throttle it quits leaking
