I just installed an AirDog 100 and I am getting ready to put a fuel pressure gauge in. I was leaning towards tapping into the hole on the top plate of the AirDog where the allen-head bolt is but figured I would ask around to see what other people have done and what a good place is to install the pressure sensor for an accurate and reliable reading. Any feedback helps. Thank You.

Try and get the gauge as close to the injection pump as possible. I've used the port on the airdog to test pressure before

If its like the 165s there is a plug in the top of the filter base by the pump outlet for the pressure gauge

Why don't you put a tee where the fuel line goes into the IP like all the normal people? LOL

Then you get the actual pressure at the IP instead of the pressure way back on the line.

No problem. If you run a larger line and get rid of the factory "fuel canister to IP" line that has banjo fittings on it, you can just pipe it in there. Those banjos need to go anyway. $.02
