My new stage 3 pump leaked oil like crazy, so I took a day and pulled the pump to fix it. The baby is now 4 months, so that givesm me some me time. While the pumpwassup off, I pulled an injector to verify true TDC. Inoticedd that setting timing by cam, the piston is.already on it's downward motion/power stroke by about 1/4" it seems. So I set my injection pump to about 22° by the piston. It runs a lot better but Still not perfect.
I'm curious if the cam gear hadn't walked before I installed the hood stack? And maybe now it's just more pronounce.
