gas mileage for 95-97 diesel??

I had a 97 f-350 with a cold air intake, 5"exhaust with either 3 or 3.5 inch down pipe cant remember which one, a 100hp chip, 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires, 4.10 gears, and a rebuiilt automatic., and if you keep your foot out of it you could keep it around 18-20 mpg
