Let me first say this is a friends truck and im not a PSD guy so I dont have much knowledge about them, but heres what I know.
Was running fine, then one day died. Cranks over, no start, no smoke. We have good fuel pressure, so we decided to check injectors. Pulled valve cover on driver side, and fuel is puddled up next to lower head bolts, and when we removed the oil galley plugs, fuel ran out of them. At begining of project we checked oil, and it was fresh and clean. Since we started troubleshooting, and cranking it over and over alot, the dipstick now drips diesel fuel off of it, so seems it is getting worse. What do you guys think?? Could one or more of these orings be wore to the point of letting fuel get in oil or what??? Late 99, with 200K
