Alright, well it finally got cold here and now that the glow plugs have to do their job they are taking at least 10 seconds at 40-45 degrees to cycle.
Is their a way to find out which ones exactly are bad and making the cycle so long? From what I've been told they should take 3 seconds at the longest and that's at colder ambient temps than I am at right now.
