GM brakes on Dodge to fit 16" Rim?

I have a two wheel drive cummins and would eventually like to run a 16 inch rim with a slick and was looking for a low cost way to make it fit over the brakes.
Was just thinking with both running aam 11.5 axles, how hard would it be to fit a GM brake assembly on a Dodge rear axle. I know there are some differences and it would take some modifications but I was wondering if it's even possible - if anybody's done it or is there a better option?

You need to use late 01 to 02 dodge rear disc brakes. Caliper brackets, disc's, and pads. you can use your old calipers. I just did this to a 11.5 to use it in my 99 so i can run 16" rims.
