GM PYO wheels on Dodge 2nd Gen?

Anyone ever seen this or know if it works? I always liked how they looked and seem to find sets popping up all over the place... I have a drum brake equipped 2nd gen though so that might be a problem. I believe the bolt pattern is the same but offset, backspacing, and drum clearance is another issue. Any input appreciated, thanks

Running gm alloys on 2nd gen with dana 80. Had to machine the center hole. The drums have about 1/2 inch clearance.

The centers do need a tiny bit of machining.
