Going price for 7.3 engines?

Im kicking around the idea of parting out my 01 F-350 the engine has 205K on it and still runs good. No major oil leaks...none that I can see

And a 2wd 4R100 that has been rebuilt 20K miles ago with TCS multi disk converter & BTS valve body along with all new electronics when rebuilt.

What's safe to ask for these two ? Ebay would more than likely be my outlet for selling these.

should b able to get a few k for the motor, the only thing hurting you on it is the PMR Rods, trans are going for 500-800

They definitely aren't selling like hot cakes on ebay....some engines going as low as $800.00

Is there a better way to market the engine to get the most out of it?

i see them on craigs list every so often....any where from around 1200 for motor and 2000 for trans and motor. maybe a guy with a gas 350 will buy it to do veggy convert

I picked up a 02' motor with 110k on it for $500. I told the guy that was the most I could give him because of the PMR's.

if going Ebay you will have to watch it, I have seen complete engines go for less than $400.00.
