got 2 turbos to I.D help me!

okay first turbo is off a 12v71 detriot, all i could get off it was, its an AiResearch turbo serial # hb0105, and part # 5101513. second turbo is off an L10 cummins serial# 752629, assy.# 3519092, kit# 3801489RX

okay ill get some today, there decent size turbos, was wondering if it be worth snaggin them.
 
well yea i can get them both for $50 bucks, i was thinkin using the airesearch turbo for a turbo jet, and the holset idk...
 
The AiReasearch model should be off a 12V92. At least I haven't heard of a 71 series with a turbo.

Should be a rather large bastard though.
 
oh okay it might be a 92 series, and yes very large its got 2 of them big boys on it...lol

12v92=1104 cubic inches=DAMN!
12v71=852 cubic inches

those turbos have to be HUGE
 
I don't know about the 12v or the 6v 71's, but I have seen turbos on a larger 24v71. That's one big, ugly and noisy engine.

had no clue they even made an engine that big?? is it 2 12v71's put together?
