Do you guys think that this turbo will be to big for a daily driver/ occasional sled puller? Stock injectors, single cp3. Would a 4088 or 4094 be better?

IMHO, the 4088 and 4094 doesn't have enough backside to support your 6.6l. Why not run PPE's 40/42 hybrid? IIRC, they have had it in production for awhile.

:what: did i miss?

4088 will let you run 2.5" class 63.5mm3
4094 your in the 2.8" class 67.8mm

both of these charger are good for high 500 low 600 on a LBZ motor with a single CP3 and a good tune

4202 is equivilant to A5k in size

There are plenty that drive a 4294 down the road. Its a fun turbo once it gets lite. Do u have the fuel in your tunning for a charger?? U have a lift pump

Alittle bigger but flows more air.

X2 with Noreaster.....

Exhaust side is larger with Garret, this is what I read and not physically measured.

The truck is an 05 lly stock cp3, Kennedy Lift Pumps Suncoast V and a 1056 converter tuning via Efilive.

Dunno, my PPE 4202R system runs just wonderful on the street, and many folk have driven it to back that up.

It ain't for heavy towing though, keep it under 6,000lb.

Ok. I guess that is what I am lookin for. Tows a ski boat during the summer, but I think it is around 5,000lb. Should also mention that the truck is currently on 35's, however we are getting ready to put a Dana 60, and keep tire size to about 33's.
