H&S/MCC tuning

does anyone know wether or not i can get a tune that will keep my vanes open all the time. i live in florida and i have 5" TBE, S&B cold air intake, H&S mini with tranny software.

I believe my turbo may be on the way out when driving its surging. when stopped and spooling the turbo you can hear it opening and closing. when driving down the road with exhaust brake on it will open and close almost like bucking.

i wanted to know if anyone has done this meaning the software or anyone tackled taking it apart and cleaning it successfully. I've read where once you separate the actuator from the unit it has to be calibrated.

how will this affect drivability and what other concerns would i need to have by doing this if it is possible?

if your turbo is opening and closing, the controller is probably smoked and/or the collar is grooved up.

If the controller can't find home, it doesn't matter if the tune commands the same VGT percentage the whole time, it will still open and close the same way.

You need a fixed geometry turbo IMO
