H2E turbo Install problem

Well, installing my new H2E turbo right now, and went to put the mount plate on, and since I have a CA truck it wont fit, so is it ok to take the fuel dampener off (CA truck part) and just put a pipe plug in it?

might as well do your electric fuel conversion whil your there then it is gone.
If your doing a H2E youll need more fuel anyway for you next step up in injectors.

Not sure, havin my guys at Jefferson State Diesel put the fass on cause Im workin too much lately and dont have the time to put it in, and chris is way faster than me at them and does a way cleaner job than I, and I dont want fuel issues in the future, better to leave it to the professional!
