Having tips honed....whos to stay away from

Ok, I found some used stock 03/04 nozzles with the pins

Now, what process is best for modifying nozzles?

Not looking for anything large, at all.....something in the 70-90 HP rating

If your stock injectors are fine and your only going to do the nozzles, and looking for 90hp I would call Jim at extrude hone. For large increases I would go with exergy.

Yes, so far my stock injectors are fine and I would just be replacing the nozzles....

Exergy will be a little leary about you sending just your tips. The want to flow and balance the injectors to match the tips they put on them. You'll be looking at around 1K.

Only thing they were leery about when I talked to Greg, was the mileage and known history of the tips/bodies. True, they would prefer you send them your complete injectors, but He had no problem with selling me just new Bosch nozzles honed to what I want. Ended up having them hone my stock tips. Talked with him for like 45 minutes (more like he talked, I listened), very knowledgeable guy.
