He431ve Speed Sensor

I searched and came up with nothing useful.

I have an he431ve with a built in speed sensor and I would like to use it but know nothing about it or how to read it.

It has 3 connectors in the plug.

Also, any ideas what a safe RPM is for that turbo with a 66mm comp wheel? its the same ind/exd as the S366, so safe to assume 117k like it's map indicates?

I also found this on the subject but am unfamiliar with arduino.

OM606.962+holset HE351VE VGT+Myna Pump

and this from the same guy:

Homemade. TURBO BOOST / RPM Meter

but the programming is foreign to me.

Any ideas or help is appreciated.

It is a hall effect sensor.
HE431Ve maximum speed is 108k RPM sustained, 120k rpm intermittent.
HE431V (and Ve) is the VG version of an HX40. HE351Ve is an HX35 turbine with an HX40 compressor. The compressor wheel is identical between the three turbos, but the 431 has the option of titanium as a base material.

Thank you very much!!!

That is extremely useful. It confirms a lot of things I was assuming.

Would the shaft speed values be any lower now that I have the 66/92 comp wheel?

The pins aren't labeled, so how can I find out which is what? And can I Ohm it out to check if its good?

Thanks again.
