I have acquired a CAT turbo from an off highway 3406. I would like to use this as the secondary turbo with my 56mm WH1C as the primary for now. Will this work well enough, is it too big, and can different wheels and housings be had?

Numbers on the tag on the CHRA:

130-5469
04DS034
E2301A 379

Specs:

Compressor;
Cover inlet 6.0"
outlet 4.0" oring type connection with 3.5" pipe
7 blade comp wheel
75.5mm Inducer
114.5mm Exducer

Turbine:
Cover T6 foot
5.0" V-band outlet
10 blade turbine
96.8mm Inducer
85mm Exducer

There's no definitive AR stamped on the Exh housing, but there is a 158, so 1.58?

I think it's a GT47 turbo.

All measurements were hand taken by me, so might not be exactly precise.

Will it be way to slow to spool with that 1.58 housing?

I found another link that said S4D turbo, is that the same as the S400 series?

is that primarily because the housing is too big? what would be better, a 1.10?

The comp wheel is not ETT.

that would be for the new s400's correct?

I've been making phone calls and it seems the turbo is a Schwitzer S4DS which is the predecessor to the S400.
