replaced injectors, swapped harnesses, still no go. any ideas guys?

how can you deduce its the ECM? also any of you guys know a good ECM dealer with a warranty?
 
Did you replace the injectors with brand new ones or were they used/remans? What about the valve cover gasket? I would spend the time to ohm the injectors, replace the cover gasket, swap harnesses etc before I'd buy an ECM.
 
i sent out my injectors to bosch and had them checked, and rebuilt ECT.
 
Last truck I had with this code turned out to be the ECM. Do you have a miss?
