Help truck died ???

[02 dodge4x4 5.9]

driving down the road today an the truck just shut off

im not a real big powerstroke guy so i could sure use you guys knowledge

01 f550 6 spd

123k miles

cked fuel seems good
cked oil is full
will run with ether but not on its own
cked fuses all good
glow plug an timer light works right

im stunned at it now

need some advise

What he said, the cam/crank sensor is a very popular item on these engines.

These guys are right. Replace the cam sensor,it is the easiest part on the truck to change and they are pretty cheap now. I tell all my customers that drive long distances to keep one in the glove box for emergencies. Good Luck
