Belkin Bluetooth Music Receiver F8Z492-P B&H Photo Video
Throw in something like this -- not recommending this product, never bought it before but my friend has one for his receiver in his living room. His is responsible for the music throughout his parties and it works pretty well. Not sure how well it would work automotive-wise.
