Holset turbo ID

I have a holset turbo serial # 1364456 that I need to identify.
The compressor wheel measures 61mm x 94mm turbine wheel measures 85mm x 71mm. Its has roughly a 4.64 outlet to the down pipe and a weird flange that isn't quite a t4 or t4I to mount to the manifold.

Can you get the part number from the data tag? I could at least tell you what model it it with that. PN should start with a 3 or 4 and be a 7 digit number. Some HX50's and 55's have odd flanges.

It doesn't say part number it says ASSY. But it is seven numbers and starts with a 3 the number is 3532053

Its a Holset H2E.

Application - L10

Some L10/M11 manifolds have odd style flanges. I'm not sure what its called and don't know if there is an adapter to a T3/T4 available.
