thats what the tag says on it. i cant find any info on it. only other numbers on it are :

8cc 5002 3504499 and 22 41050

I searched one of the numbers (Vehicle OE #3525237) that you listed on the tag of your turbo on the Melett turbo website and it comes up showing that its an S300. So I guess that's good news, however the turbine housing looks awfully large to use on a 5.9. It's somewhat common to find Holset/Schwitzer/Borg-Warner variants like this. You might want to pull the housings and measure the inducer of the compressor wheel and the exducer of the exhaust wheel to be sure what it is.
 
S300? its a holset...? its off of a cummins L10, ill check if i can find one in the shed...
 
its a holset. so if its off a L10 that would make it a h2D?

The one i found was junk and this is all i could measure

Comp Inducer: roughly 58mm

Turbine exducer: roughly 74mm

looks like T4 divided but i couldnt determine centimeter size
 
Sorry this is the best i can do, next to a H1C, also i am 95% sure that it is a 22cm
