Self made setup, shroud made of .090 aluminum. Bolts directly to factory shroud mounts, and slides in two lower tabs just as factory shroud does. Has provisions to mount OEM Windshield Washer Bottle, but does not have mount for overflow bottle (I just took mine out and ran the overflow out bottom.)
The fans used were OEM 98 Ford Taurus fans. Two speed fans, slow speed is 2800 cfm each, fast speed is 5600 cfm each. Pigtails will be included, however that is all, no controller of any sort is included. $150 plus ride.

I should also say, they always cooled very well for me. I towed light trailers (~6k) and never overheated in the slightest.

Curious why you drilled the extra holes in it.

I was going to build flaps that opened at a certain speed. I just never got around to it. I had covers over them at one point, which I can include.

Sold and shipped thanks Brett and thank you for understanding the delay.
