hood stacks and bell mouths?

where does one buy a ready made 7" hood stack kit, and where does one buy the larger bellmouth or velocity stacks in a 5 1/2" or 6" diameter
same for silicone boots and air shutoffs

5" is easy to come by but no one seems to list anything larger
 
wow - 86 hits and no one knows where everyone seems to be buying this stuff that's on just about every pull truck?
 
I tried a google search and couldn't find anything. I would venture to guess some people buy the 5" one and slide the desired pipe over it and mark it where to cut it off and weld another pipe on. I have about 3' of 6" aluminum pipe and it wasn't cheap.
 
I got my hood stack from black cloud diesel. It was a nice kit. The velosity stack I used came off a Roush CAI system for a lb7.
 
Im using stainless sanitary tubing on my new hoodstack but its not the cheapest option. Show me performance has some nice air shut offs and velocity stacks with the size your looking for.
