How do i loer egts on a 12 valve?

I have a pretty much stock truck now.. It has 90hp dpp injectors stock turbo again and stock straight pipe exhaust. when i am pulling my egts go out th roof fast and want to know what to do to lower them.

More air in. Most likely in the form of a turbo.

Or less fuel in. Pull the plate back and tune the AFC better.
