How much power will this setup give?

Ok my cousin has an 03 cummins like mine and hes getting the following:

HTS Billet Trans
BD Tow Twins
Valve Springs
Head Studs
Smarty TNT........How much HP will he see?

......Also he is wondering if he should upgrade to the R700s or Do 90hp nozzles? Can he run the Nozzles without moded CP3 and without getting Fass? If so what will give higher HP # the nozzles or R700? Thank you

so what will that put out?

On a 03 a cool 500 hp is about all it will make with the stock injects/cp3. With a CP3 and injectors 575hp is about the limit of the air provided with those twins.
