My dodge is for sale and I have a few people who show interest in it. The ECM is on the fritz right now which is going to make it a rather tough sale. Can someone smarter than me comment on what numbers need to match up to get this thing to play nice with the rest of the truck? It's a 2000 5 speed 4wd. Thanks in advance.

Call Jeff at Mumau he may be able to help you out. I have one sitting at the house. I'll send you the numbers tonight.

Hay man. Fancy seeing you here. I called Jeff's personal assistant. He did not have any free ECMs laying around. I'll be waiting by the phone until I hear from you.

Can anyone tell me if these two ECMs will jive? My buddy has it on a spare engine in Mobilehoma. It was a 2001, 3500, 4x4, eclb, 5 speed, with power windows and locks. Mine is a 2000, 2500 , rclb, 5 spd, manual windows and locks.

youcan try it with no harm. The 2000-2001 trucks may be the same. Dodge sold one hell of a lot trucks in that era and had to play the numbers game. Go for it.
