IH 574 turbo

I need some help from the tractor guys here. We have a IH 574 it did not come with a turbo but i wanted to put one on it. Could anyone recomend where to source a small turbo for this engine. Will a small charger make cylinder pressures too high? Dont wanna blow a head gasket. I am trying to do this on the cheap side as well.
