I finished up my front drive shaft loop today. Its 1/4x2" mild steel flat bar, with 5/16 fasteners. I mounted it so it would fit the narrowest portion of the front drive shaft, placing it less than the required 6" max from the front u-joint.

Comments, suggestions, criticisms?

Rear loops tomorrow...

I like it. Maybe one change I'd make would be to roll the loop as one piece.

I'm not satisfied with these hoops, I need a smaller CLR die. They should work though. 1" .120 wall tubing.

Mine are very similar. Looks good!

Thank you.

I should have made the front loop a half inch taller, the shaft just barely touches it if I drive across a ditch on an angle. There just happens to be one right in front of my pit area. LOL. Maybe I should just put the bump stops back in. Hmmmm....
