Info on a H3B

I found a new H3B for less than half the price of a new one, but it's for a 12V. I would have to send it off to get it "tweaked" down a bit cause it was the BIG turbo in a twin setup. I was wondering if you could like change the exhaust housing so it would work on my truck. Any info would be a help, and what is the most psi/power you can get out of one.
