Have a set of II r1 6.7 injector nozzles that we’re stored in plastic baggies for a few years dry. The needles are stuck in a few of them. Shop air won’t move them. Anyone have any insight on freeing them up, soaking them in anything? Or No longer useable.

Take them apart and clean. Reassemble.

That’s what i intended to do, but I can’t get the needle out of the nozzle on a couple of them. I’ve tried shop air without any luck to push it out

Soak them in solvent. Mineral spirits or lacquer thinner. There is likely some varnish, or corrosion built up from laying around. Soak them with the nozzles pointing up.

Thanks Jeff. Doing that at the moment. They were fine when removed. Shouldn’t have let them set so long.
