Injector question?

What is the difference between 1st and 2nd gen injectors? I know there is a size difference but where on the injector is diffrent. Can a 2nd gen injector be used in a 1st gen (what mods needed)? Are the heads interchangeable??


Just trying to learn more things so thanks for the help.

The bodies are the same size, but the tips are cut different, the pop pressures are different and the threads where the lines mount are different too.
