I have been tossing around the idea of building a twin ram intake
do they do what they say they do or is it gonna be a waste of time
any thoughts on this would be very helpful

You wont gain any great deal of horsepower from it, you'll just get more cool air to the back cylinders. If you have the materials why not? I'm planning to build one also,
