Intercooler questions.

After using the search button I still can't find an answer. At what point do the stock intercoolers on 2nd gens become inefficient? Has anyone compared between the aftermarket intercoolers to see which ones best or which ones have people had better luck with?

They start cracking around 70 psi

im not worried about them cracking im more interested as to when do they be come an air flow choke point but thanks for the info.
