jumpy idle?? help!

Well it used to just do it every now and again but now its more constant. It acts like its got a little lope tune(but is bone stock). It fluxs maybe a hundred rpms from idle and comes back down and just keeps ding this? Any help for a cummins guy with a d max daily driver?

Injectors are gm replaced 9k ago so I hope not. Do you have any more info on this fuel pressure regulator any way to check?
