LB7 head problems

I have an 03 2500hd with the LB7 with 146,xxx miles. It started giving the signs of injectors going out but still ran fine. Then all of the sudden it started smoking and running really bad. Thought it was an injector so I replaced all of them to find out it wasn't the problem. I ran a compression test and found out the #1 cylinder only had 115lbs of pressure were the rest had 495 or close to it. Has anyone had any problems like this or might know what might be the problem? Any help would be great thanks
 
None of the cups came out and were all seated good. But had the problem before we changed them and same after so I'm pretty sure it's not anything to do with an injector
