Lb7 to lly swap help

Looking for a little help here, I put a 2004 lly motor in a 2002 and everything is working exept the fuel gauge and oil pressure. Can the bcm be flashed to a 04 to make these work or do I need to change the sending units out. Thanks Chris
 
change the sending units to the one thats in the truck originally. i helped a friend out on one where they swapped different year dmax motors and it ran a different sending unit. IMO it would be cheaper to just swap the sensors over instead of having an ecm flashed
 
Sorry haven't checked back to this thread in a while. I changed the fuel sender to a 04 style and added a sending unit for the oil pressure gauge. I've heard you can use efi to rescale the fuel gauge, but I had already changed it out. Thanks Chris.
