You can send it into ppe and pay the difference in tuners and they'll program it to the race tuner.
 
I just got off the phone with them and they said they wont do it.....???? WTH?
 
They probably can't now for fear of being reprimanded by the EPA
 
Best bet is to find a good efi tuner. Use the search there are several out there to choose from.
