My brother ran a 13.09 two weeks ago with 20's so he decided to put some 16's on it and run it again before the trans was built (done yesterday by Fleece Perf). 12.78 was the best all day. DPF/Cat/Muffler deleted, EFI tune, and Raptor 100 lift pump is it.

We took turns running his LS1 powered S-10 and finally broke into the 11s with it. The LB7 racing it is a buddy of ours that is running Johnboy's sledpulling tune, Fleece trans and Holley pump on a stock turbo. It is the truck that took 2nd last year at STB in the 2.5 class.

We'll see what it will do @ Beech Bend this weekend :D

i hate reading threads like this LOL

impressive, keep it going with the LMM

Man, that thing runs like a raped ape! What gets me is pipe, tuning, and a lift pump will get you there!!

Sweet, I'll eat my words saying the D-max takes too much money to be competitive, I was wrong. Great job, its things like that where I like being wrong. Keep it up!!

That truck is impressive.

What happened to it at the sled pull??

I'll clarify - the runs at TS now are with built trans.

It shattered the front diff at TS. We think it was injured racing because he didn't leave that hard with the sled. It destroyed the pinion and shattered the case. Strange since we don't know of any others doing this. Usually the CVs go well before.

How long would the stock trans have lived at that level though??

Impressive none the less!!

I built the trans and most of the clutches looked great! Time would have taken it's toll though. The C3 clutches were just starting to tan on the inside, which is pretty typical. I'd say it would've lasted as long as he wanted it to.. Which wasn't very long ;)

Can't hurt it now though... It's full of orange parts :D
