Looking for a Fummins shop in FL/GA area

I have a friend who has a 2006 Ford diesel with nothing but problems. He lives near Cape Coral, FL and wants to find a reputable shop where he can drop his truck off, have a 12 valve Cummins installed, pay, and drive it away. He is willing to drive 8 hours or so if necessary. Anyone know of some good shops where he could have the work done?

I believe right now he wants to stick with his factory auto. He doesn't need a ton of power, but he carries enough parts around to rebuild half the motor on the side of the road. He has been stranded all over the country so many times that he has no faith in the truck/motor anymore.
