Looking for the right Garrett

I am looking for the perfect BB turbo. Truck in sig. I was planning to go with a gtx3582r to later be used as a secondary in a set of twins over a gt4508r. If I were to use the 35 as a single what difference would it make over the stock 351?

If I were to plan for a single from the start instead of the 35/45 twins what would work well?

Looking for 600-700 hp with 90-100hp tips/injectors and stock cp3. Can it be done.

So the gtx3582r is the perfect turbo for my application? I wish garrett would gtx the 3788 or 4088!!!!!
